Public Notice: Three Creeks Power GP Ltd. Issued Approval for Power Plant by AEP

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT ACT NOTICE OF DECISION

In accordance with section 68 of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, Three Creeks Power GP Ltd. has been issued an approval by Alberta Environment and Parks for an approval of a natural gas fired Thermal Electric Power Plant. The operation is located at NE 15 Township 85 Range 18 West of the 5th Meridian and SE 22-85-18-W5M.

The Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act may provide a right of appeal against this decision to the Alberta Environmental Appeals Board. You should note there are strict time lines for filing an appeal dependant on the type of appeal. If you choose to appeal this decision, please contact:
